Repeated Service Disruptions affecting FFM2 and IP-Transit

During the past days, you may have noticed repeated short-term service disruptions affecting our FFM2 location and parts of our IP-Transit services. We fully understand the impact this has on your services and would like to assure you that our team is immediately notified and actively working on mitigation and resolution whenever an outage occurs.

Some of the recent incidents were caused by external upstream network providers unexpectedly blocking or filtering GRE, which led to disruptions of IP-Transit customers using GRE Tunnels.

We are currently implementing short-term mitigation measures to stabilize the network and prevent further interruptions. In parallel, we are accelerating several long-term infrastructure improvements to increase redundancy and reduce dependency on affected upstream paths.

While the current situation is not acceptable to our standards, please understand that some of these disruptions are caused by external factors outside of our direct control. Nevertheless, we are actively adapting our network architecture to minimize the impact of such events going forward.

We expect overall service stability to improve significantly over the next week as additional systems, adjustments, and upstream changes are deployed.
